Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month (after training phase, based on skills and performance)

About the Role

Every intern at Seraphix starts with a short training and evaluation phase focused on real-world backend fundamentals — Python, Django, REST APIs, and version control.

This helps us understand your strengths, coding style, and learning speed before assigning you to live projects.

The training phase is unpaid and lasts 2–4 weeks, depending on your progress.

Once you complete it and meet the minimum skill level, you'll move into the paid internship phase, where you'll work on live projects under direct mentorship.

What You'll Learn / Do

  • Core Django concepts (Models, Views, Serializers, REST APIs).
  • Building and testing backend endpoints with Postman.
  • Working with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
  • Writing clean, well-documented, reusable code.
  • Understanding authentication, permissions, and integrations.
  • Deploying basic Django apps and managing Git workflow.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
