Job Role: Software Engineer – Full Stack
Location: Hyderabad

About The Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Full Stack who will contribute to the development, enhancement, and deployment of the NUMEN platform. The platform supports scientific computing workloads and enterprise applications running on AWS, with UI workflows built using modern frontend frameworks. The candidate will work closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to build scalable features, automate workflows, and improve end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development

  • Develop and enhance user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Implement responsive UI components and dashboards to support scientific workflows
  • Collaborate with design/UX teams to improve user experience

Backend Development

  • Build APIs and microservices using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
  • Work with services for backend logic and data processing
  • Develop scalable service integrations using REST / gRPC

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Deploy applications in AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, EKS preferred)
  • Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and service scaling
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
  • Use boto3 / AWS SDK for backend integrations

Required Skills

  • Exposure to platform-based product development (SaaS or internal platforms)
  • Experience integrating APIs, authentication/authorization, and role-based access

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Clear communication and team collaboration skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and experience integrating with AWS-native data services
  • Familiarity with Agile development
