About the Role

Mahindra is looking for an experienced
Supplier Quality Engineer
specializing in
Suspension Commodity
for our
BEV Division
. This role ensures supplier quality, new product development excellence, and zero-defect focus for critical EV components.

Key Responsibilities

Technical analysis of issues from manufacturing & field

Implement containment actions for supplier part failures

Conduct supplier process audits & drive improvement closures

Support New Product Development with first-time-right execution

Identify process improvements & drive joint PPAP with CFT

Track and close issues across various internal forums

Reduce recurring failures from manufacturing lines

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in
    Suspension Commodity
    (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in
    SQE
    (Supplier Quality Engineering)
  • Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, RCA tools, and supplier audits
  • BE in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering
  • Automotive background; EV exposure preferred
