Role Overview

We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
with
3-4 years of relevant experience
who can independently manage marketing campaigns, drive influencer collaborations, and strengthen brand visibility. This role requires a proactive professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
    branding, influencer, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, influencers, and partners
  • Lead negotiations and collaborations
    to maximize brand impact
  • Conduct regular
    store visits
    to ensure branding consistency and gather insights
  • Oversee
    social media initiatives
    and assist in content planning
  • Monitor
    campaign performance
    and provide actionable insights
  • Support the leadership team in developing
    marketing strategies and budgets

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of marketing/brand management experience
  • Strong knowledge of branding, influencer marketing, and digital trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns
    and deliver under deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
