Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Lead Java Developer. The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Java and related technologies. This includes creating and optimizing microservices, leading software development projects, implementing solutions using the Spring Framework, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products. The candidate will also mentor junior developers, review code, and assist in architectural decisions to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Software Development and Programming
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and experience in building, deploying, and maintaining microservices
  • Proficiency in Java and experience with the Spring Framework
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior developers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in project leadership or team management is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and tools is advantageous
