Supervisor - Woven Finish Warehouse

Role & responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of finished goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and timely updating of records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor and manage dispatch accuracy, ensuring correct materials are shipped as per orders.
- Maintain proper storage practices and warehouse hygiene standards.
- Handle manpower planning and allocation to meet operational requirements efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts, stock audits, and ensure stock variance is within control limits.
- Ensure all documentation related to FG movements is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and dynamic operational demands.
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, QA).
- Capable of working in rotational and second shifts as per schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and warehouse SOPs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, particularly in finished goods handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and dispatch management.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and relevant software.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
