Infoaccords Technologies is looking for a female Account Executive to manage billing, inventory, and dispatch operations. The role requires hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and Busy software. Suitable for freshers or candidates at the early stage of their career who want to build expertise in accounts & operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and maintain daily billing records.
  • Update and manage inventory through Excel, Tally, and Busy.
  • Maintain purchase and sales entries accurately.
  • Reconcile stock and assist in preparing MIS reports.
  • Oversee dispatch and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
  • Keep proper documentation of inward and outward stock.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com preferred).
  • Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and Busy.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Freshers or up to 2 years of experience may apply.
