About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should not only manage social media platforms but also generate quality leads, create engaging content, and design eye-catching creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Write engaging posts, captions, and marketing content that connects with the audience.
  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted social media campaigns (most important).
  • Design creatives using tools like Canva (or similar design platforms).
  • Come up with fresh ideas and strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaigns, analyze performance, and report results.
  • Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience (13 years) in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
  • Strong content writing skills with creativity in ideas & campaigns.
  • Experience in lead generation through social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of running paid ads on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn (preferred).
  • Ability to design creatives, reels, and graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Good communication skills and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success
