We are now expanding our core engineering team and looking for a Full Stack Developer who

can bring our UI designs and product ideas to life with clean code, performance, and

precision.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused) who will be responsible for

developing web applications, dashboards, and landing pages based on designs provided by

our UI/UX team.

You will primarily work on the frontend + TailwindCSS + TypeScript) and collaborate

closely with backend developers using NestJS + PostgreSQL + Redis to integrate APIs and

features smoothly.

This is a hybrid role 80% frontend, 20% backend contribution ideal for a developer who

enjoys crafting beautiful, fast, and functional interfaces and understands full-stack

fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (Primary Focus)

Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.

1. Build interactive dashboards, campaign tools, and data visualization components
   
   using and React.
2. Develop and optimize landing pages and product websites for Avidion internal
   
   products.
3. Implement reusable UI components and maintain a shared design system (in sync with
   
   UI/UX Designer).
4. Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility, accessibility, and fast load
   
   performance.
5. Manage state with React Query (TanStack), Zustand, or equivalent.
6. Handle form management with React Hook Form + Zod validation.
7. Integrate Lottie animations and basic motion effects using Framer Motion or GSAP.

Backend Collaboration (20% Responsibility)

1. Consume and integrate REST APIs and Webhooks built by backend team (NestJS).
2. Contribute to light backend tasks: API routes, database queries, or queue jobs when
   
   needed.
3. Debug, log, and test end-to-end functionality between frontend and backend.
4. Write clean TypeScript code that aligns with backend structure and DTOs.
5. Understand and work with PostgreSQL (via Prisma/TypeORM) and Redis (BullMQ)
   
   where required.
   
   Cross-Functional Collaboration
6. Work closely with the UI/UX Designer to convert design systems into live UI
   
   components.
7. Coordinate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and system
   
   performance.

8. Collaborate with Project Coordinator to meet sprint deadlines and technical goals.
