Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors based on company requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process of new vendors under senior guidance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, samples, and basic documentation.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and records.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor performance and escalating issues to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Learn and support vendor negotiation, contract handling, and cost analysis activities.
  • Stay updated with basic industry trends, materials, and vendor practices
