Job Description

Staff Nurse provides high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior medical staff. They monitor patient conditions, administer prescribed medications, and assist in treatment procedures. Staff Nurses maintain medical records, support patient recovery, and ensure hygiene and safety in healthcare settings. They play a vital role in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers, offering compassionate care and promoting patient well-being through clinical and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and health progress accurately.
  • Administer prescribed medications and injections following doctor's instructions carefully.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, medical procedures, and surgical operations.
  • Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety within assigned hospital wards.
  • Educate patients and families about disease management and recovery processes.
  • Prepare and sterilize medical instruments, equipment, and treatment areas properly.
  • Document nursing observations and update patient medical records consistently.
  • Respond quickly to medical emergencies with calm and effective actions.
Skill & Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction daily.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and medical care understanding for accurate decisions.
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly with quick professional responses.
  • Proficient in maintaining detailed nursing and patient documentation systems.
  • Compassionate attitude ensuring emotional support and comfort to patients.
  • Good teamwork and coordination with doctors and healthcare professionals.
