Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and digitize embroidery designs using Wilcom software.
  • Convert artwork into high-quality punch files with proper sequencing, stitching, and trims.
  • Ensure designs meet production requirements for various machines.
  • Edit, revise, and optimize existing designs.
  • Work closely with design & production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain quality standards and minimize thread breaks, misalignment, and machine issues.
  • Follow-up with the Job worker.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer / Puncher.
  • Strong knowledge of stitch types, densities, underlays, and color blending.
  • Ability to read and interpret client artwork/files.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of design accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Embroidery Designing (Wilcom): 4 years (Required)
