Embroidery Puncher

Job Responsibilities:

- Create and digitize embroidery designs using Wilcom software.
- Convert artwork into high-quality punch files with proper sequencing, stitching, and trims.
- Ensure designs meet production requirements for various machines.
- Edit, revise, and optimize existing designs.
- Work closely with design & production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize thread breaks, misalignment, and machine issues.
- Follow-up with the Job worker.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer / Puncher.
- Strong knowledge of stitch types, densities, underlays, and color blending.
- Ability to read and interpret client artwork/files.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of design accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Embroidery Designing (Wilcom): 4 years (required)
