Job Overview:
As a Lead Generation Fresher, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating new business leads through various online channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our reach and ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Prospecting:
- Identify potential customers based on industry, geography, and company size.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Gather and verify contact details of decision-makers from sources like LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other online strategies.
- Engage with prospects via email and social media to introduce Technanosoft's products and services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details.
- Track and manage interactions with potential leads to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with sales executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Support marketing campaigns by generating lists of potential leads.
- Assist in developing sales pitches and communication strategies.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Track lead generation activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze conversion rates and refine outreach strategies based on feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools is a plus.
- Persistence & Resilience: Comfortable with handling follow-ups and overcoming objections.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Eager to Learn: Passion for sales and business development with a growth mindset.
