Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Delhi, India. The Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, documentation, and records, coordinating meetings and appointments, assisting in project tracking and reporting, and collaborating with teams across different departments to maintain workflow efficiency. The role may also involve liaising with clients, suppliers, and external partners and executing general organizational duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience in scheduling and coordinating administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, data entry, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities for interacting with teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an asset.
