We are looking for a Senior Fashion Consultant with proven experience in the couture and menswear industry to join our dynamic team at Mukti & Kavith Casa. The role demands someone who is sales-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities


• Drive sales growth through client conversions and repeat business.


• Consult and style clients for couture menswear (sherwanis, tuxedos, suits, groomswear, etc.).


• Deliver personalized fashion consultation with an eye for detailing and luxury standards.


• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Maintain brand aesthetics and client experience at the store.


• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of experience in couture / luxury fashion (menswear preferred).


• Strong sales & target achievement record.


• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.


• Aggressive, motivated, and passionate about incentives and growth.


• Immediate joiners preferred.
