Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance our client's online presence, improve brand visibility, and meet the client's expectations. This role involves managing a team, ensuring quality output through random quality checks, and driving performance improvements via targeted training. By collaborating with the team and leveraging advanced tools and techniques, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering visible results through numbers.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

  2. Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.

  3. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

  4. Campaign Management:

  5. Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.

  6. Ensure campaigns are data-driven and tailored to achieve specific KPIs.

  7. Team Leadership:

  8. Assign tasks received from the Client Relationship Manager to team members.

  9. Monitor team performance, conduct random quality checks, and ensure work meets the highest standards.
  10. Identify skill gaps within the team and provide targeted training to enhance their capabilities.

  11. Performance Analysis:

  12. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.

  13. Use data insights to recommend and implement optimizations for ongoing and future campaigns.

  14. Content Creation and Collaboration:

  15. Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to produce compelling digital assets, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and website content.

  16. Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and optimized for digital platforms.

  17. Website Management:

  18. Maintain and improve the company's websites to ensure user-friendliness, technical reliability, and SEO compliance.

  19. Automation and CRM:

  20. Utilize marketing automation software and CRM platforms to drive lead generation, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise across various channels and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve objectives.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and performance tracking software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, social media platforms, email, and content marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Lead generation and conversion rates.

  • Social media growth and audience interaction.
