Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Generative AI models using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Architect and manage multi-modal AI systems integrating text, image, and structured data inputs.
  • Implement and optimize LLM agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector database integrations.
  • Utilize Google Cloud services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and AI Platform for scalable model deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GenAI solutions with business goals and product strategies.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of deployed AI systems.
  • Mentor and guide ML engineers and data scientists in GenAI best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in Generative AI.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and data manipulation tools like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Experience with Google Cloud services and MLOps pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in product management or leading GenAI product development cycles.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent architectures, cache databases, and AI-specific utilities.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale AI deployments and automotive domain.
