Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Support end-to-end bid and proposal development for global opportunities.


• Prepare, format, and submit high-quality proposal documents with strong version control.


• Collaborate with bid managers, sales, architects, and SMEs to gather and structure technical/commercial content.


• Ensure accurate mapping of solutions to tender requirements, especially in digital networking.


• Maintain quality control—editing, proofreading, and document consistency.


• Manage document workflows, proposal repositories, and version histories.


• Improve proposal processes through templates, tools, and reusable content.


• Support bid scheduling, planning, and document coordination.


• Stay updated on digital trends in networking, cybersecurity, and security screening technologies.


• Assist in structuring proposals aligned with business goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory).


•
3–5 years in proposal writing, bid support, or technical writing preferred.

Technical Skills:


•
Understanding of cybersecurity, digital networking (TCP/IP, infrastructure, connectivity).


• Knowledge of aviation/ports security screening tech is a plus.


• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with automation tools and SharePoint preferred.


• Strong content writing, coordination, and multi-bid handling experience.

Soft Skills:


• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.


• Collaborative, proactive, and strong in MS PowerPoint, Word; FrameMaker is an added advantage.
