Project Execution Engineer-Instrumentation

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Understanding/Reviewing P&ID, PFD, GA drawings and anticipate operational Issues from it.
  • Understanding/Reviewing process data sheets, mechanical data sheets and instruments data sheets.
  • Familiar with PHA/HAZOP and PSSR procedures for participation in project stages.
  • Familiar with DCS, Understanding of Cause & Effect Diagrams and Participate in DCS FAT.
  • Anticipation of operational issues based on material balance, energy balance, P&ID and SOP.
  • Preparation of SOP and Training Modules for operating staffs and Impart classroom and field training to operating staff.
  • To check the mechanical integrity of plant with respect to P&ID,layout and SOP and ensure the closure of deviations.
  • Preparation of water trials SOPs and execution of water trials to validate Design Conditions.
  • Planning and supporting the operation team for chemical charging of new plant with safe manner.
  • Monitoring the process for any deviations in standard operating parameters.
  • Section wise quantitative and qualitative analysis - Monitoring activity wise details of BCT, identification of root causes for deviations
  • Make the scheme /proposal of improvements for achieving the BCT, implementation of scheme after required approval, demonstration of performance
  • Process safety improvements- Capture the process near miss, unsafe conditions and discuss the possible preventive and corrective actions.
  • To help the process people in troubleshooting and achieving the design capacity, norms and quality.
  • Assuming Overall Responsibilities of Process from Commissioning Point of view till design condition is achieved post Start up.
