Rubber Technologist – Sports Ball Manufacturing

Processes: Moulding and Vulcanising
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise rubber compounds for high-performance sports balls
- Monitor moulding and vulcanising operations to ensure consistency
- Implement rejection control, wastage reduction, and defect analysis
- Conduct regular physical and chemical testing to maintain product standards
- Improve productivity through process optimisation and root-cause analysis
- Maintain technical documentation of formulations and production parameters
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Rubber Technology or Polymer Science
- 2–5 years experience in rubber manufacturing (sports goods preferred)
- Strong knowledge of compounding, curing systems, and QA procedures
- Hands-on approach with good analytical and coordination skills
