**Rubber Technologist - Sports Ball Manufacturing**

**Processes**: Moulding and Vulcanising

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimise rubber compounds for high-performance sports balls
- Monitor moulding and vulcanising operations to ensure consistency
- Implement **rejection control**, **wastage reduction**, and **defect analysis**:

- Conduct regular physical and chemical testing to maintain product standards
- Improve productivity through process optimisation and root-cause analysis
- Maintain technical documentation of formulations and production parameters

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Rubber Technology or Polymer Science
- 2-5 years experience in rubber manufacturing (sports goods preferred)
- Strong knowledge of compounding, curing systems, and QA procedures
- Hands-on approach with good analytical and coordination skills
