About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Unqork Developer
to design, develop, and implement low-code/no-code enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Unqork or similar platforms such as Appian, Mendix, or Pega, with proven expertise in leading development teams and delivering scalable business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and development of applications using
    Unqork
    (or similar low-code platforms).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice implementation for the development team.
  • Integrate Unqork applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of applications in a production environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest low-code/no-code technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years
    of total IT experience, with at least
    3+ years of hands-on experience
    in
    Unqork
    or similar platforms (
    Appian, Mendix, Pega
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    low-code application architecture
    , workflows, and integration patterns.
  • Experience in
    REST APIs, JSON, XML, and microservices integration
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide and mentor the development team.
