Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally Prime, able to manage multiple sets of books, and familiar with GST and TDS procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records
  • Handle multiple books of accounts
  • Manage invoices, purchase entries, and receipts
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor ledgers
  • Prepare basic financial reports as required

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Proficient in Tally Prime
  • Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
  • Strong understanding of accounting and documentation
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
