Role Executive Chef
Position: Executive Chef
Reports To: Caf Owner / General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and update caf menus, ensuring variety, cost-efficiency, and quality.
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep staff.
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and productivity.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years in a leadership role in a professional kitchen.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
