Job Summary

We're looking for an
AI Full Stack Developer
skilled in open-source
LLMs
(Llama, Mistral, Phi, DeepSeek) to build and deploy intelligent, end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Python
,
Streamlit
, and
modern frontend frameworks
, along with hands-on experience in
model fine-tuning
and
AI integration
. This role requires partial availability during
U.S. EST hours
for collaboration with our global team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Fine-Tune LLMs:
Leverage open-source LLMs such as
Llama, Mistral, Phi, and DeepSeek
to design AI solutions aligned with business needs. Fine-tune and optimize models for specific tasks to achieve high performance.

Python Scripting:
Build efficient Python scripts to preprocess data, train models, and automate AI development workflows.

Streamlit Application Development:
Develop interactive and user-friendly web applications using
Streamlit
to demonstrate and deploy AI models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and systems.

AI Research & Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in
AI, LLMs, and related technologies
to continually enhance solution quality and performance.

Time Zone Coordination:
Maintain partial availability during
U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
hours for effective collaboration with the global team.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Programming Expertise:
Strong skills in
Python

LLM Experience:
Hands-on experience with smaller open-source LLMs such as
