About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend development using React
and backend development using
Fastify
, along with experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using
    React
    for the frontend and
    Fastify
    for the backend.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing codebases.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    React
    , including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
  • Solid backend development experience with
    Fastify
    and
  • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
