Wandering Scholars is growing, and we're looking for a Global Partnerships Executive to join our core team.

If you enjoy connecting with people across borders, exploring international universities, and helping build meaningful academic immersion programmes for students—this role might be your next adventure.

What you'll do


• Reach out to universities, training institutes, and companies abroad for EduTour and immersion programme collaborations.


• Support our founders in developing structured academic + industry + cultural programmes.


• Coordinate with international partners on pricing, modules, schedules, and logistics.


• Draft proposals, maintain outreach trackers, and assist with basic documentation like MoUs and programme briefs.


• Join virtual meetings with partners and help with follow-ups and planning.

What we're looking for


• 1–3 years of experience in education, partnerships, BD, or any communication-heavy role.


• Strong written communication (especially emails).


• Comfortable researching, networking, and speaking with international institutions.


• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn how global partnerships work.


• Curiosity about international education and student learning experiences.
