We're Hiring: Hostel Property Manager – Goa
Whoopers Hospitality is looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-loving Property Manager to lead operations at our hostels in Goa If you're someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves meeting new people, and can balance fun with responsibility, this role is for you.

What you'll do
:

Take charge of day-to-day operations (front desk, housekeeping, bar, security & more)

Lead and mentor a vibrant team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences

Be the go-to person for guest relations – from check-in smiles to problem-solving

Maintain our hostel vibe while ensuring smooth, professional operations

Oversee budgets, vendors, and property upkeep

Uphold the unique culture of Whoopers – fun, community-driven, and guest-focused

What we're looking for
:

0-1 Year of experience in Property/Operation Management in the hospitality sector.

A natural people's person – the life of the party yet calm under pressure

Super organized, hands-on, and ready to hustle

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating experiences.

Digitally smart, innovative, and business-minded
