MDN Edify Education is Hiring Academic Assistant and Data Entry Operator for Head Office Kompally, Hyderabad Location.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our academic team as an Academic Assistant and Data Entry Operator. The Academic Assistant will provide support to faculty members, students, and administrative staff in various academic tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Academic Assistant:

  • Coordinate with students to provide academic support services, such as scheduling tutoring sessions and facilitating study groups.
  • Manage academic databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of student grades and attendance.
  • Assist in organizing academic events, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff regarding academic policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of academic activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the academic department.

Data Entry Operator:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data before input
  • Perform data cleaning, deduplication, validation, and formatting
  • Generate reports, summaries, and dashboards from data as required
  • Organize and archive digital / physical records and documents

Experience: 0-2Years

Qualification: Graduate in any stream/MBA
