- The Academic Assistant will support faculty members in various academic and administrative tasks, helping enhance the quality of teaching and research within the institution. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in academia and research who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate with faculty, staff, and students. The Academic Assistant will gain hands-on experience in educational management and research support, contributing to a vibrant academic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Course Support**
- Assist faculty with course preparation, including compiling and organizing reading materials, creating course outlines, and preparing syllabi.
- Manage course-related documentation, including attendance records, grading, and assessment tracking.
- Coordinate with students to address queries related to course content, schedules, and assessments.**Research Assistance**
- Support faculty in conducting literature reviews, data collection, and analysis for research projects.
- Assist in preparing academic papers, presentations, and other research publications.
- Conduct background research and compile relevant academic and industry resources as requested.**Administrative Tasks**
- Coordinate logistics for classes, seminars, workshops, and other academic events, including scheduling and communication.
- Handle correspondence, document management, and record-keeping for various academic projects.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations for academic activities as required.**Technical & Technological Support**
- Manage and update online learning platforms, databases, and course materials on institutional software.
- Provide technical support for faculty and students during online classes or presentations, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Assist in the development of digital content, including multimedia presentations and online resources.
