We are Growth Dots, a digital marketing agency based in Kolkata. We are hiring Tele-Sales Executives (Female preferred) to join our growing team.

This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in sales, client communication, and digital marketing. You will receive a fixed monthly allowance along with attractive incentives and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain our services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Paid Ads.
  • Generate interest and fix meetings for the field sales team.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
  • Confirm meetings with clients via WhatsApp/phone.
  • Support the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi/English.
  • Freshers welcome; telesales experience is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Laptop/smartphone with internet connection.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Female candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

  • Fixed Monthly Allowance: ₹2,000
