Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects involving custom software development, Python-based applications, mobile app integration, and IoT device development using ESP32. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional software and hardware teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of software and IoT development projects — from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and hardware engineers to deliver custom software and mobile applications integrated with ESP32-based devices.

  • Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

  • Oversee Python-based backend and API development for web and mobile applications.

  • Coordinate with mobile app development teams (Android/iOS) to ensure seamless device connectivity and real-time data synchronization.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure documentation, coding standards, and quality assurance processes are maintained throughout the project.

  • Conduct project review meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.

  • Manage version control, testing, and deployment pipelines.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies related to IoT, mobile app development, and software frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in IT project management and custom software development.

  • Strong hands-on understanding of Python programming, API development, and web frameworks (e.g., Django/Flask).

  • Working knowledge of ESP32, IoT communication protocols (Wi-Fi, MQTT, BLE, etc.), and embedded systems.

  • Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS) and integration with hardware or IoT devices.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

  • Familiarity with Git version control, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and RESTful APIs is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IoT dashboards, data analytics, or cloud integration.

  • Exposure to firmware development and hardware debugging tools for ESP32.
