Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operation Assistant to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth coordination of inventory, transportation, documentation, and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations
  • Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
  • Maintain dispatch, delivery, and inventory records
  • Prepare and verify invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and reports
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
  • Support stock reconciliation and warehouse activities
  • Handle basic MIS reporting and documentation
  • Follow company SOPs and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business / Any Graduate
  • 0–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
