About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring and fresher recruitment to join our team at Airoli. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for entry-level positions, driving campus hiring initiatives, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for fresher/entry-level positions.
  • Execute bulk hiring drives through job portals, social media, consultancies, and references.
  • Coordinate and manage campus hiring drives with colleges and placement officers.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR rounds.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Promote employer branding through career guidance sessions and job fairs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in bulk hiring / fresher recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Education

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
