
Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Office Manager with strong knowledge of Tally and office administration. The role requires managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and overall office coordination to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cash flow management.
Office Management:
- Oversee office operations, administration, and staff coordination.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and office expenses.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and office management.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payroll processing and HR support.
- Knowledge of inventory/stock management in Tally.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
