Regional Business Development Manager – Life Science (Technical)

Job Overview:

Responsible for driving technical sales, channel development, and customer engagement for Biocp Healthcare's life science and biopharma product range across the assigned region. The role combines business development with strong technical knowledge to expand market presence and support end users effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Biocp and partner product lines in biopharma, biotechnology, life science research, specialty hospitals, and academic institutions.
  • Identify, develop, and manage channel partners and key accounts in the assigned region.
  • Provide technical sales support, including product presentations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct product training for customers and distributors to enhance technical understanding and application.
  • Plan and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback for business planning.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and post-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical sales or business development in the life science/biopharma sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹70,000.00 per month
