Position: Manager Fund Accounting

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai (Hybrid)

Work Model: 1 week from office per month (must be open to relocate if from another city)

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM 12:00 Midnight (during peak time may extend to 6:00 PM 3:00 AM)

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Compensation: Up to 50 LPA (including 10% variable) – based on experience & last drawn CTC

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fund Accounting professional with strong domain expertise in managing Private Equity and Hedge Fund processes. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end exposure to fund accounting, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Fund Accounting operations including NAV preparation, review, and validation.
  • Manage fund structures across Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and other investment vehicles.
  • Review financial statements, reconciliations, and investor reporting deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal control standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 members, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and auditors for seamless process execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of experience in Fund Accounting / Fund Administration.
  • Strong technical knowledge in NAV calculation, Fund management, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds.
  • Proven experience in team handling, performance review, and people development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
