Overview:

In this role as a Global Provisioning Analyst, you will be joining the Global Provisioning

Team. GPT is responsible for the provisioning and deprovisioning of every customer at

JAGGAER. Prior to a customer's product implementation with our Professional Services

team, the JAGGAER product must be correctly configured based on the specifications

provided by the Sales team. In this role you will be directly responsible for that

configuration.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain proficiency in the JAGGAER software solutions, solution methodologies, and core technologies.
  • Complete tasks associated with the provisioning, deprovisioning, and application configuration on multiple platforms, databases, and consoles.
  • Update platforms, systems, and ticketing databases.
  • Adhere to global process, procedures, and contractual SLA's.
  • Collaborate with other teams to fix technical issues of low to medium complexity.
  • Contribute to updating and maintaining GPT documentation.
  • Oversee the customer onboarding and offboarding tasks to ensure that the

business processes agreed with Finance and Sales Ops are followed.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering,

SaleOps and Product teams.
- Manage users, licenses, and module access to comply with contractual terms.
- Interface and point of contact with Third Party partners for account maintenance.
- Coordinating data extracts/exports across multiple platforms.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required (degree in STEM field preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience working with software applications - Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) webbased environment preferred.
  • Experience with web design (HTML, XML, CSS) including layout and graphics that comply with UI/UX guidelines.
  • Experience with graphics tools.
  • Understanding of simple database concepts
  • Ability to act independently, but also be a great teammate.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn complex software – committed to being a lifelong learner.
  • Experience with ticketing databases such as SalesForce and JIRA/Atlassian.
  • Ability to review system logs and test configurations for APIs, interfaces, and endpoints
