Technical Sales Back-Office

Job Purpose:
As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our sales success. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling techno-commercial proposals that perfectly align with client needs. You'll also analyze market trends, track order bookings, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technically sound and commercially attractive proposals that win deals.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear understanding of technical specifications.
- Analyze market data, order bookings, and enquiries to identify trends and support regional sales strategies.
- Track proposals, proactively address client concerns, and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with the factory for dispatch details and ensure smooth product delivery.
- Prepare all necessary commercial documents for domestic and international sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to collect, analyze, and report on business performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in a technical sales or proposal engineering role (Freshers can also apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Salary: Competitive package ranging from INR 5 lacs to INR 7 lacs Lakhs per annum
