We are seeking to hire Junior Java Developer to join our Implementation & Application Support team. We are looking for a Junior Java Developer with a solid foundation in Java (Quarkus experience preferred) and a keen interest in supporting applications. This role involves dashboard monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, support tickets (ServiceNow), and customer management to ensure seamless application performance and enhanced client satisfaction. You will collaborate in a fast-paced environment to maintain and enhance backend systems powering modern fintech solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Implement and support Java-based applications.
• Monitor dashboards to proactively identify and resolve application issues.
• Manage incident lifecycle, including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues efficiently.
• Handle support tickets and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide timely updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance trust and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application stability. Technical Requirements
• 2+ years of backend development experience using Java.
• Hands-on experience with Quarkus is preferred.
• Exposure to dashboard monitoring, and incident management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills (academic or professional experience).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment with attention to detail. Preferred (Good-to-Have) Technologies
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.
