Skills
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Java-based production systems, ensuring their smooth operation and availability.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, including system errors, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand system requirements,dependencies, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools, logs, and alerts.
- Implement bug fixes, patches, and system enhancements to address identified issues and improve system performance.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying potential problems and taking appropriate actions.
- Follow incident management procedures to handle and escalate issues according to severity and impact.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours support when necessary.

Mandatory Skills
- Core Java, Spring Framework, Basic Linux, PL/SQL
- Configure, troubleshoot

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
