Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Management Information Systems (MIS) to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Provide data support for budgeting, forecasting, and statutory audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management review.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, standardize reporting, and improve data quality and reporting processes.
  • Lead automation initiatives and system enhancements to increase reporting efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MIS tools and financial software, with a preference for experience in NetSuite.
  • Oversee and ensure timely accounting and bookkeeping activities in coordination with the account executives.
  • Support the timely completion of internal, external, and statutory audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Minimum of 4 to 8 years of work experience preferably from Manufacturing / FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry.
