Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to final offer rollout.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain candidate records, interview evaluations, and hiring data in HR systems or Excel trackers.
- Handle offer letters, pre-boarding documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote the company's brand and culture during recruitment interactions.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment campaigns when required.
