He will also be responsible for maintenance & scheduling of PM plan for the entire plant instrument items.

  • He must be Domain Expert w.r.t Instrumentation as mentioned below.

· Advanced process control (APC)

· Distributed control systems (DCS)

· Programmable logic controllers (PLC)

· Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)

· IMCC's & its trouble shooting.

· Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Excellent customer care skills and good commercial awareness

· Responsible & develop specifications data's for a given

P & ID's.

· Good knowledge on PSM & its interface part of Instrumentation like LOPA/ Alarm Management/SIL Assessments etc.

· He must be thorough in Loop wiring design, execution & testing requirements.

· Designing and developing new control system for any modifications jobs & its testing, maintaining. If required he will have to modify existing systems as per production requirements.

· Collaborating with internal as well as external customers/ vendors for technical clarifications to purchasing team, suppliers, contractors and relevant statutory bodies/ authorities as per job requirements.

· Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards of the site & adherences to PTW system.

· Developing new business proposals for green field & brown projects.

  • Leading a team of Instrument technicians.
