Insurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented individual to recruit, train, and manage insurance/sales agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a productive agent network and ensuring they consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment:
Regularly identify, approach, and recruit new agents to build a strong and capable team.
Agent Training & Development:
Provide regular training, mentoring, and support to agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and motivation.
Ensure agents are updated on new schemes, compliance norms, and incentives.
Performance Management:
Ensure month-on-month target achievement through agents.
Monitor agents' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Sales Planning & Execution:
Plan and execute activities to generate leads and improve conversions through the agent network.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain records of agent recruitment, training, and sales performance.
Report weekly/monthly progress to management.
Requirements:
Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agency development, insurance, or direct sales.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a team.
