Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants and rooftop systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
  • Monitor plant performance and ensure maximum efficiency of solar installations.
  • Handle inverter, module, and electrical equipment maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
  • Coordinate with site in-charge and management for smooth plant operations.
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance with company and regulatory norms.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Solar Plant O&M (freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to identify and solve technical problems quickly.
  • Willingness to travel to different sites for maintenance work.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
