Job Overview:

We're looking for a UX Designer who is good at creating great user interfaces to join our friendly team in Chennai. If you have more than a year of experience and are good at talking with people and taking the lead, we'd like to talk to you. As a UX Designer here, you'll focus on making easy-to-use interfaces, figuring out what users need, writing down project requirements, and making sure our products are nice to use. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, developers, and users to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Lead and mentor other team members in best practices and design principles.
  • Draft clear and concise project requirements to guide the development process.
  • Conduct various research methods including user testing, user interviews, observational research, contextual inquiries, and user surveys.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of design systems, while establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends to create cutting-edge user experiences.
  • Possess strong UI and web design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
  • Convert complex problems into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the entire design process.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of UX design experience.
  • Exceptional proficiency in UI and web design.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and UI design skills and methodology.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Nice to Have:

Proficiency in graphic design, including logo design, icon design, and illustration design.
