Role Overview:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building, executing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms. Your role is to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, generate leads, and drive measurable business growth through creative and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using insights and analytics tools.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage community interactions – respond to comments, messages, and build strong online relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of experience in social media management/marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms and paid advertising.
  • Creative content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B social media marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Video editing and reel creation skills.
