Executive - Purchase

NEFAB Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Purchase organization is vital for us to deliver solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a "Executive-Purchase" to join our team in NEFAB India at West region (LBU West)

As Executive-Purchase you will be responsible for managing supplies & suppliers for on-time delivery and material supply as per the agreed specification

Main Responsibilities

• Procurement of material in close coordination with PPC Team
• Generate Purchase Order as per the agreed terms & follow up with supplier for material on-time delivery
• Ensure supplier maintain stocks for JUST IN TIME delivery as per agreed terms with sourcing
• Work closely with Sourcing team to ensure smooth supply chain is maintained
• Handling supplier payment & related issues
• Take up with supplier for quality & delivery related issues & escalate to sourcing as appropriate for such frequent issues to get resolution

Education
Graduate / Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Experience
4 to 6 years of experience in Purchase function

Languages
Proficiency in local language & fluent in English

Skills & Competences
Leadership skills, Good business acumen

Additional Information
Preferably working in a manufacturing setup, handling multiple suppliers & Stock Keeping Unit

This position is located in Pune at Kelawade, Near Khed Shivapur.
